Shipping

Within Australia: we deliver all of our orders to you via the Australia Post Express Service for a FLAT RATE of $7. Orders will be dispatched with love, within 3 business days of your payment clearing.

Australia Post Express Post Service - guarantees next business day delivery within the Express Post network. The Express Post network covers over 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes. Delivery outside this network will receive the fastest possible delivery using existing transport links.

Damage or loss in transit is rare, however if it happens please email us at info@loveandsweat.com.au to report damaged goods, or a parcel has not arrived within the above timeframes.

International Shipping: All orders with a delivery location outside of Australia will receive a FLAT RATE of $20 AUD shipping.

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and or customs charges.  All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charges.  The taxes and custom charges/delays are dependent of the country and state of the shipping address, we do not take any responsibility for these charges. Under no circumstance will Love and Sweat accept any orders back due to rejection of customers charges. Orders cannot be returned to sender.

Out of Stocks - we update our sites product availability continually throughout the day, however in some very rare instances another customer may have selected to purchase the same item as you at the same time. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible that we will not be able to deliver the goods in the usual delivery period. If it is an item that we cannot re-order – we will give you a refund immediately; if it is an item we can re-order – we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.
