Returns & Exchanges

 

Here at Love and Sweat HQ, we understand not everything will fit the way you want it to, or take your fancy. If this is the case when your parcel arrives, we are happy to arrange a return for store credit or exchange items. We allow 14 days for you to make this decision. Store credit or exchanges outside of this 14 day period will not be processed.

All returned garments will be issued a same value store credit when the item is received and reprocessed. You can choose between an exchange or store credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website. 

Store credit is issued from the date we process your return, and is valid for 6 months.

Return postage fees are paid by the customer and are not refundable. As we cannot take any liability for the loss or damage during return transit we suggest you send your items via registered post for peace of mind.  

 All items being returned or exchanged must be in their original condition and not been used, worn, altered, washed and retain original tags and packaging. If there are any signs of wear, smell or wash, the return will not be processed.

BEFORE RETURNING YOUR PARCEL TO LOVE AND SWEAT, EMAIL US FIRST AT loveandsweat1@gmail.com. Only after we have responded to your email may you send your parcel to us, including a printed copy of your invoice, to the address below for exchanges or returns:
